David Teitelbaum has over 20 years of experience as Board President at the Ocean Club Condominium in Long Beach, NY in addition to over 30 years of experience as a Project Manager in the corporate world.
During his tenure, he managed that property through Superstorm Sandy, where the building literally found itself in the Atlantic Ocean, with all of the unexpected and complex issues associated with such an emergency.
As well, The Ocean Club had the dubious honor of experiencing the first case of COVID in Long Beach, which required working with the CDC, the Health Department as well as City Managers to attempt to address exactly what playbook was needed to both manage the physical crisis as well as handling ongoing communications with an increasingly agitated residential population.
The overall goal of Boost Your Board is to let you know that you’re not alone. We can provide unbiased advice and assistance based upon decades of experience dealing with the issues that you’re dealing with right now.
